Dale Jones was a type of guy you could rely on. He did the 'right thing' and served others selflessly; no matter the cost and had the scars to prove it. He was a smooth talkin' gentleman and only spoke when he had something useful to say. He could talk his way out of any situation. He once convinced a debt collector to drop a claim for a million dollars worth of debt over the phone. Convincing the collector it was only fair to drop the claim. Don't worry he did it for a friend, Dale Jones has perfect credit.
He had a job in a small town called Little Fin right off the coast of Maine. Dale worked in an old warehouse unloading trucks. But don't let his profession fool you. He was a tactically trained killer. His father was a notorious con artist and his mother was in the Navy as an interrogator. It was only logical that he joined the army as a military counter intelligence officer. He deployed several times over the six years he served. Doing missions in Iraq, China, Germany, Russia and Mexico. He once convinced a high ranking well connected Russian General to deploy troops in Tanzania for a failed mission to stop a drug cartel from building a nuclear bomb. It was all a ploy to get him out of his office so Dale could go in and steal secret government documents. But that's all classified, 'need to know' type of stuff. Like the only two people knowing is the President and he secretary of defense, that type of 'need to know.' He has more awards and medals then any soldier in history but you wouldn't know that because Dale turned down all of them. Saying, “I was just doing my job.”
Dale Jones was a good man. Well, he was until April 5th 2018. That was the day his life would be changed forever and maybe the whole world would have changed along with him...
